Payman Taei is co-founder of HindSite Interactive, Inc.  a Maryland based specialized web design and development agency serving profit and non-profit organizations nationwide; He is also President of Easy WebContent, Inc.  an innovative web site editing service allowing anyone with an HTML based web site to easily edit their web site content.

Currently serving as Director or Operations at HindSite Interactive, Inc.,  Payman Taei has overseen hundreds of projects accross various industries and built extensive relationships with CEO's and executives of different organizations.  

This level of involvement in both interface design, project management and regular interaction with various companies has given him an edge on better analyzing the needs of businesses from both a business level and creative level.  

His design specialty lies in interactive web development.  By combining the use of multiple design applications he has leveraged a unique style of creating interactive interfaces that not only provide a unique presentation of a company's branding with motion graphics that have landed a number of awards and accolodaes. 

"I believe there needs to be a balance between the level of graphics and other elements used in creating a web presence.   Too often designers concentrate heavily on a web site's aesthetics,  and forget that the audience will look past the design and at some point need to find their way around the site and locate desired information.   

There needs to be a fine balance between ease of use and navigation, and presentation of information/content".
